George Aslanyan was born on January 18th, 1938 in Yerevan, where he was graduated at Academy of Fine Arts. He's a painter and monument restorer by profession. In 1961 he started to work in The State Hermitage museum of art and culture in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where he obtained a first university degree in monument restoring. George became famous as performer and restorer of many frescos inside many churches, museums and palaces in the capital of Armenia - Yerevan, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Poland. Along with his family he came to Poland many years ago in order to look for safe home. They loved their second homeland as the previous one, in which they have been living up till now. George Aslanyan is magnificent painter of landscapes, architecture, flowers. The most beautiful are these in which you can see autumn nostology and reflection, but that full of optimism and charm of land of Mazovia summer landscapes, are amazing as well. His landscapes are an attempt of expression of needs of his own unique space. In author's Gallery Mansarda we can see oil paintings, watercolours, pastels, paintings which were seen by tourists from nearly all over the world. George’s works of art are in private collections in Armenia, Shushi which is a city in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, Poland, Brazil, Australia, USA, France, Chile, Canada, Germany, Sweden and Norway .
